We can ship New Zealand and Australia Honey from Singapore to varies countries listed on our website. Note that we have checked and double checked that the customs of the respective countries listed allows shipment of our honey into your country. However, due to changes of the customs regulation from time to time, we are not responsible for any orders that are rejected. The responsibility to ensure that the honey is not allowed or restricted in your country lies with the purchaser. Please check with your customs if you are unsure before placing an order. We do not accept refund due to customs rejection.

Your order will be delivered by the next working day once we received the payment. A tracking code will be sent to you once your product is dispatched. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate. We will not be responsible for lost of shipment due to incorrect address provided. Any addition redelivery fee incurred is the purchaser responsibility.

Note that all import duties or taxes charged by the authorities in the destination country are at your cost. We are not responsible for payment of any type of import duties or taxes in the destination country.
