How our Ordering System Works

Ordering Online

Placing an Order – Simply add the products that you would like to purchase into the shopping cart. After you are happy with the products in your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” to make payment for your products

Checkout – Please enter your Coupon Code number if you have any to be entitled for discounts. Click on the “Apply” button and view the discounted price of the products in your shopping cart. If you would like to pay by Gift Voucher please click on “Payment Options” to receive further discounts.

Checkout Step 1 – Contact Information

We need your contact information to deliver the products to you. You can either register an account with us or you can checkout as a guest. By registering for an account, you need not re-enter all your particulars when you buy from us again, In addition, you will receive latest news of any discount or promotion at our store.

Checkout Step 2 – Billing Address

Enter your billing address and shipping address so that PayPal can debit the money from you and and we know where to deliver the products to.

Checkout Step 3 – Shipping

We delivery all our products as a registered article via SingPost - Speedpost. You will receive the honey in one working day after we receive your payment. We will provide the tracking code so that you can monitor the progress of the delivery. If no one is to receive the product when the delivery is made you can schedule for a redelivery by arranging with SingPost - Speed Post.

Delivery is free for orders over SGD100.00

Checkout Step 4 – Payment Method

All online payment will be transacted by Paypal. We do not hold, obtain or retain any credit card information.

Ordering Offline

Simply give us a call at (+65) 9757 1049 to place an order.

For offline payment, please send a cross cheque made payable to Wildfavor Pte Ltd and mail it to

Alternatively, you can perform transfer/deposit into our bank account. We will provide the details of the transfer when contacted. For offline payment, Please indicate order number at back of cheque for our referencing.

Self-collection Service Now Available

If you do not wish to make online payment for your order, payment can now be made in the heart of Singapore at Raffles City Shopping Centre. Kindly drop us an e-mail with your orders so that we can arrange for the self-collection.

Delivery Charge of SGD9.15 will be waived for Self-Collection

Note: There will not be physical retail of honey products at the Pick-Up Point
