Kamahi is an evergreen tree found in throughout unspoiled New Zealand forest. Every spring, its white flower attracts honey-bees to collect nectar from it. Kamahi honey is produced from West Coast, Otago and Southland areas of the South Island in undeveloped hilly and mountainous areas.

Texture: Kamahi is market as a creamed honey as it has natural tendency to crystallised.

Colour: Dark brown

Tasting Note: Full bodied honey with rich and complex mixture of flavours.
